RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Yi Studio, we want you to love your purchase. 
If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 
Items must be in their original, unused condition. 
To start a return, email us at support@yistudio.store 
with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will 
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days 
back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please 
email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo 
of the damage. We will send a replacement at no 
extra cost.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of 
the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
